   1.1 Free and paid videos can be viewed by all registered members of BossGigi.com.
   1.2 For videos that require payment, payment must first be made in accordance with the price set out in the video. All price is in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment on BossGigi.com can be made by using a third party service called Midtrans.
   1.3 All completed transactions are non-refundable under any circumstances.
   1.4 Where there are videos that require payment, the price may change from time to time without any prior notice.
   1.5 All content on this website, which includes but is not limited to :
                   i. data;

                 iv. videos;
   is owned by BossGigi.com and BossGigi.com owns all the intellectual property rights contained on the website. All content is for your personal, lawful use only and not for commercial exploitation. You may not copy, record, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or transmit for commercial, non-profit or public purposes all or any portion of this website, unless you have obtained permission in writing by BossGigi.com

2. Termination of Account
   2.1 com has the authority, at their sole discretion, to cancel any members’ accounts temporarily or permanently without any prior notice. If your account has been removed, you will no longer be able to watch any content on BossGigi.com.
   
   
3. Assignment
   3.1   Any content and material on BossGigi.com provided by us under these terms and conditions are for your use only as member of BossGigi.com and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person.
   3.2   Memberships on BossGigi.com cannot be shared, transferred or assigned to any other persons.
   3.3   If any member is found to be sharing membership accounts on BossGigi.com, their account will be terminated permanently effective immediately without any prior notice.

4. Force Majeure
   4.1   BossGigi.com shall not be liable to you for any breach of its obligations or termination under these terms and conditions arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fires, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes and other Acts of God, terrorism, strikes, delay caused by transport disputes, failure to provide a course caused by a death in the trainer’s family, illness of the trainer, Government edict or regulation.

5. Limitation of Liability
   5.1 com, or any of its officers, directors and employees, shall not be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, whether such liability is under contract. BossGigi.com including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
